Morning Glory In 5 Minutes Flat

Think you can't get ready in the morning in five minutes flat?Well, Jill Marinelli, a personal stylist and mom of two, is here to show you just how she does it. And how you can do it, too.  To get ready quickly, focus on the basics.  Set a timer. Then, even out your skin tone (focusing on the eye area), highlight a feature or two (brows or lips, for example) and add some “oomph” to your hair.  Spend your time wisely:

  • Get the red out of your skin, especially around the eyes.
  • Give yourself a little glow with a tinted moisturizer
  • Brighten eyes and hide dark circles with a bit of concealer
  • Define brows with a brush of brow powder
  • Open your eyes by curling your lashes
  • Swirl some blush on the apples of your cheeks

What about your hair, you ask? Dry shampoo absorbs oil and gives life and body to your hair. If you want to get a bit more coiffed, throw in a few curls with a wide barrel curling iron for a bit of bounce. Finally, if you haven’t yet established a uniform, sleep in your yoga pants!  You won’t have to change the bottom half of your body to drive the kids to school. And you'll be ready to work out when you get home.Watch Jill's five minute routine (including her favorite products!) here.
