I am a life and transformation coach and I help women and corporate leaders step into the power of who they really are by guiding them to prioritize authentic expression in the way they live and lead. For me, authenticity is committing to being the best version of ourselves. I deeply believe that there is power and beauty in the truth and imperfections of who we really are, and until we bring these into the light we cannot expect to pursue the dreams we’ve been hiding in our heart. Through coaching, consultations, training, and talks, I lovingly hold space for my clients to face fear head, tap into their potential and undo the negative internal stories that been holding them back from change. Why? Because life’s too short to try to be anyone but ‘you’. I started this business out of my own personal journey of playing small. I was afraid to be visible, to speak my truth and to find and embrace the true me. It took me several years of inner work, combined with working in corporate where I managed, trained, and coached people to see that this was a pattern running through the workplace. Having coached leaders, I found many of them afraid to speak out, and be authentic. I’ve learned that chasing your dreams starts with knowing who you are and being you unapologetically.
WHAT DO YOU SELL?I sell lasting change and true transformation. I sell dreams and authenticity through my life coaching packages.WHO IS YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE?I help women aged 36+ who have seemingly ticked all of life's boxes are but are still yearning for more. They have been used to playing small, people pleasing, meeting everyone else's expectations and ignoring their own true desires. I help these women discover or re-discover their true passions, the desires they've been holding in their hearts and to reconnect back into the unique power of who they truly are. I also help corporate leaders to harness the power of their authenticity to become the best leaders they can be.WHAT 3 PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?
1. In my corporate career, it would be being part of the Senior leadership team and creating impactful people strategies that help to keep employees engaged, satisfied and healthy.
2. Starting my own life coaching business and leaving my well-paid corporate job!
3. Seeing my clients experience a-ha moments during coaching sessions and seeing them create lives they love well after our series has ended.
WHAT MAKES YOUR BUSINESS STORY UNIQUE?
Firstly, I truly believe that every story is unique because all of us are. The personal development industry is booming, with clients having an abundance of choice when it comes to coaches and mentors. There is not a lot out there that is new content but each coach/mentor has a way to coach clients in a way that unique to them.No one else can do what you do in exactly the way you do it.
My personal story is of a very shy, empathic little girl who couldn't find her own voice and when she did, she didn't have the confidence to share it. Self-doubt, self-sabotage and not knowing who she was led her to marry the wrong man at 18. Having lost her parents to cancer during their 17-year marriage (and 4 children later) and subsequently ending the marriage was the catalyst for her transformation. Her climb to success in the corporate space helped her find herself, her calling and her voice. (read my whole story on my website :) ).
